Brown trout are the predominant catch here, often holding in deep pools and slow-moving runs where the colder water keeps them comfortable. Water temperatures range between **34-37°F**, so presentations need to be precise to entice these wary fish.

Late morning to early afternoon is the best time to fish, as the sun warms the water and sparks trout activity.
